How it works

Two parts. A local sidecar runs on your Mac and holds your data encrypted on disk. A cloud relay carries only what’s needed to sync between your devices — never the plaintext. The menu-bar app is the thin, fast surface on top of both.

Because the sidecar is local, the things you check most never make a round trip to a server. The relay exists to move sealed data between your own machines, and nothing more.

Private by design

Your data is encrypted before it ever leaves your Mac. The relay moves sealed bytes it can’t read, sign-in is passwordless, and the local companion is the only place the keys live. Privacy isn’t a setting here — it’s the architecture.
